Percentage allocation management module (PAMM) is a type of pooled money forex trading. An investor has the option of allocating their money in the proportions desired to the qualified trader(s)/money manager(s) of their choice. These traders/managers may manage multiple forex trading accounts using their own capital as well as pooled funds in order to generate profits.

PAMM solutions enable a trader to manage an unlimited number of managed accounts on a single trading platform. Each managed account in PAMM has its own ratio based on the size of the deposit. The ratio is used to allocate trader activity results (trades, profit, and loss) among managed accounts.
