Life at Kwakol

After my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2020, I worked several jobs at the same time. I ran (and still run) a thrift clothing business for women, worked as a Manager and Customer Service Representative at a Forex Investment company, and was a Social Media Manager at a third company.

I know, I know, it was a lot but this was my life before Kwakol.

I joined Kwakol in June 2021. Honestly, I had never heard about Kwakol before stumbling upon a job opening on a friend’s WhatsApp status update. I applied and got an interview. My first impression when I arrived at the office was that the space was really beautiful. I was so impressed that we had cool office spaces like this in Nigeria.

I was almost distracted from the new role I had to take up, as Sales Person and Account Manager. I’d never worked such a role before, but interacting with Dr. Teri and Sir Joezy during the interview made me more enthusiastic about starting at Kwakol and meeting the rest of the team.

Now, I work with the most amazing people at Kwakol - the Growth Team!

As a Growth Associate, I’m saddled with the responsibility of generating leads, pursuing new sale prospects, closing deals, negotiations and accounts management. So, a typical day for me will involve calling clients to help them with any challenges they might have, and meeting new clients to introduce our products and services to them, getting them acquainted with our platform.

My experience so far at Kwakol has been SUPER AMAZING!

I’ve seen myself grow and improve so much in the last year, and I know that I’ve the team at Kwakol to thank for this. Kwakol gives you space to grow in your own lane, do your own thing and learn everyday. The environment is very encouraging and like I said earlier, it’s super amazing. Trust me, if you worked at Kwakol, you’ll understand what I’m saying.

I would describe Kwakol’s environment more specifically as professional and respectful yet cordial and tribe-like. Everybody here looks out for one another and we genuinely care about each other. If someone sees that you’re down, they insist on knowing what’s wrong and helping out. Whatever you need, there’s an ever-ready colleague to lend a hand, and if you’ve any questions, management is always open to guiding you.

Although being a Growth Associate comes with its fair share of challenges, I love my job. I love the fact that I’m able to make people smile. You know when people have issues with their accounts and I am able to resolve it? It’s one of the best feelings in the world. One time, a client actually called to thank me and said I was ‘the best thing after sliced bread’. I was elated! I genuinely don’t think I’ll get that compliment working in another Department.

If you didn’t already know, Kwakol is the best thing that has happened to Nigeria in the Forex space. I say this as a matter of fact because I’ve seen so many companies offer products and services, but what Kwakol offers is unique and exceptional. I’m really not bluffing or trying to sugarcoat Kwakol, I’m simply telling the truth.

I think more people need to know that the services we offer at Kwakol include (but are not limited to) online multi-asset brokerage, Copy Trading and investment; and I can assure you that these are the best and most secure investment packages you will come across. Our returns are very conservative and realistic, and if you gave Kwakol a shot, you definitely won’t regret it.

We are not playing when we say this is the place to create a future you deserve.

Finally, I’m going to leave you with this gem - If you’re not subscribed to Jūnzi, you are jonzing. [If you know, you know.]
